Volleyball Recap: Poynette Pumas vs. Baraboo Thunderbirds
Poynette was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Baraboo Thunderbirds. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Pumas of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.
The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Baraboo scored at least 19 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-21.
Poynette's loss dropped their record down to 10-16. As for Baraboo, their victory bumped their record up to 15-23.
