Volleyball Recap: Leakey Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against Brackett on Tuesday, Leakey came back down to earth. Leakey lost 3-0 to Junction on Friday. If Leakey was looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to Junction when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

While Leakey was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Junction's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-3, 25-7, 25-12.

Leakey's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Junction, they moved to 6-13 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Coming up, Leakey will take on Charlotte at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Junction, they will challenge Medina at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
