The Aucilla Christian Warriors lost against the Echols County Wildcats back in November of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Aucilla Christian fell 37-28 to Echols County.

When it comes to explaining why Aucilla Christian lost, one person who can't be blamed is Lauchlin Faglie. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double on 16 points and 11 rebounds. Faglie hasn't dropped below two steals for four straight games.

Aucilla Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Echols County, the win got them back to even at 6-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Aucilla Christian will take on Jefferson County at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Jefferson County's defense has only allowed 29.6 points per game this season, so Aucilla Christian's offense will have their work cut out for them.
