South Effingham waltzed into their contest on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came out on top against the Bluffton Bobcats by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Mustangs also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2019.

Clara Vorel paced South Effingham's offense, picking up seven kills. Vorel got some help from Leah Magana and her 20 assists. Morgan Stringer controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

South Effingham's victory bumped their record up to 27-9. As for Bluffton, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-15.

South Effingham has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against St. Vincent's on the 26th. As for Bluffton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Riverside on the 27th.
