Timberland suffered their closest defeat since April 5, 2024 on Saturday. They fell just short of the Southern Boone Eagles by a score of 3-1. The T-Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Timberland's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Southern Boone, their victory bumped their record up to 8-5.

Timberland wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, an 11-1 defeat against Fort Zumwalt North on the 15th. As for Southern Boone, they have also already played their next game, a 12-1 win against Hallsville on the 15th.
