Basketball Game Preview: Mascenic Regional Vikings vs. Mount Royal Academy Knights

The Mascenic Regional Vikings are taking a road trip to take on the Mount Royal Academy Knights at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.

Last Monday, Mascenic Regional ended up a good deal behind Epping and lost 55-41.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mount Royal Academy). They enjoyed a cozy 62-43 win over Pittsfield on Wednesday.

Mascenic Regional's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Mount Royal Academy, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-15.

Everything went Mascenic Regional's way against Mount Royal Academy in their previous matchup back in January, as Mascenic Regional made off with a 65-41 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Mascenic Regional since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
