Soccer Recap: Woodstock North Takes a Loss

Woodstock North came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 5-1 to the Wauconda Bulldogs. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Woodstock North were already down 5-1.

Their goal came courtesy of Eva Hermansson, which was the first she's scored this season.

Woodstock North's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Wauconda, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-5.

Woodstock North wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 5-0 loss against Boylan Catholic on the 13th. As for Wauconda, they have also already played their next game, an 8-0 win against North Chicago on the 12th.
