Basketball Recap: Hoffman Estates Falls Short of Conant in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Hoffman Estates can now relate to. They took a 54-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Conant Cougars on Wednesday. The loss continues a trend for the Hawks in their matchups with the Cougars: they've now lost four in a row.

Hoffman Estates' defeat dropped their record down to 21-11. As for Conant, the victory got them back to even at 14-14.

As of now, neither Hoffman Estates nor Conant have any future games scheduled.
