Volleyball Recap: Clover Hill Comes Up Short

Clover Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Midlothian Trojans, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Clover Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Midlothian, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-2 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Clover Hill is set to take on their familiar foe James River Midlothian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Midlothian will face off against rival Cosby at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
