 College Park is 9-1 against Northgate since May of 2018, and they'll have a chance to extend that success  on Tuesday. The College Park Falcons will be playing at home against the Northgate Broncos at 4:00  p.m. The timing is sure in College Park's favor as the  squad sits on three straight wins at home while Northgate has been banged up by six consecutive losses on the road.
 College Park's pitching crew heads into the  matchup  hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed  on Saturday. Everything went their way against Berkeley as College Park made off with  an  8-0 victory. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest  win College Park has managed all season.
  Brady Mead looked comfortable as he  tossed two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits.
 At the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Nathan Leffel, who  went 2-for-4 with a  home run and five  RBI.  Connor Berkowitz was another key contributor,  scoring three  runs while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances.
 Meanwhile, Northgate came up short against California on Saturday and fell  9-5.
  Christopher Flores and  Jack Dress did some serious damage despite the final result:  Flores  went 2-for-4 with a  home run and three  RBI, while  Dress  went 2-for-3 with a  home run and two  RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of  Blayne Ballard, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 3-for-4.
 College Park is  on a roll lately: they've  won seven of their last eight matches,  which provided a massive bump to their 11-6 record  this season. As for Northgate, their loss dropped their record down to 3-15.
 The batters for both teams will have to hit smart  on Tuesday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. College Park has been retiring batters left and right this season,  having  averaged 7.8  strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Northgate struggles in that department as   they've been averaging 7.7. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
 College Park was able to grind out a solid  victory over Northgate in their previous meeting  back in April of 2023, winning  4-0. Does  College Park have another victory up their sleeve, or will Northgate turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
