Basketball Recap: City Honors Centaurs vs. East Panthers

City Honors lost against East back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The City Honors Centaurs fell 53-41 to the East Panthers. The Centaurs just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

East was led to victory by Antoine Williams and Dallas Hernandez. Williams went 6 for 15 en route to 15 points and five rebounds, while Hernandez dropped a double-double on 15 points and 14 boards. Hernandez is crushing it when it comes to rebounds: he's pulled down at least eight every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Tendai Furbert, who posted 13 points.

City Honors' record now sits at 1-7. As for East, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a massive bump to their 5-7 record this season.
