League recap: Strong week lands Lancaster Catholic inside Pennsylvania top 25

Lancaster-Lebanon 4 league recap: 5/21/12

With a big week, Lancaster Catholic jumped into the top 25 in the state rankings. Lancaster Catholic moved up from No. 33 in the state all the way to No. 22 thanks to a 1-1 record over the past week. Led by manager Chris Kiehl, the Crusaders are ranked No. 898 in the nation with an overall record of 19-4.

The Crusaders' Ian Bentley was the best pitcher in the league this week. He picked up zero wins and eight strikeouts.

Lancaster Catholic gave up just five walks last week, ensuring that it held on to the top spot in the league in that category with only 58 allowed for the season.
