Volleyball Recap: Gresham Community Now 4-1 over Last Five Games + How To Watch

Gresham Community won the last time they faced Faith Christian Academy and things went their way on Saturday too. The Wildcats walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Saints.

Gresham Community easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-11.

Lizzy May paced Gresham Community's offense, picking up six kills. May got some help from Grace Haffner and her eight assists. Allie Cerveny and Alivia Perez kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with five aces apiece.

Gresham Community is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-5 record this season. As for Faith Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.

Coming up, Gresham Community will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Tigerton at 7:00 p.m. As for Faith Christian Academy, they will face off against Weston at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
