Baseball Recap: Weimar Takes a Loss

Weimar fell victim to C.H. Yoe and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the C.H. Yoe Yoemen, falling 6-0. If the Wildcats were looking for revenge after losing 7-0 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

This is the second loss in a row for Weimar and nudges their season record down to 1-2. As for C.H. Yoe, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Weimar and C.H. Yoe's offenses will be put to the test in their next games. Weimar and Hempstead (who has only given up 2.25 runs per game) will meet at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday. Similarly, C.H. Yoe will challenge Bellville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, a team that's only allowed 3.4 runs per game.
