Flag Football Recap: Rancho Cucamonga Comes Up Short

Rancho Cucamonga was the 12-6 winner over South Hills when they last played one another on September 6th, but their luck changed this time around. The contest between the Cougars and the Huskies didn't end well, with the Cougars falling 30-14.

South Hills got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Haley Ramos out in front who threw for 195 yards and three touchdowns. That's the most passing yards Ramos has posted since back in August. Ayanna Roquemore helped Ramos out on the ground, rushing for 58 yards and a pair of TDs on only five carries.

Rancho Cucamonga's loss dropped their record down to 10-10. As for South Hills, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season.

Rancho Cucamonga has already played their next game, a 39-0 victory against Northview on the 27th. As for South Hills, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 42-8 win against West Covina on the 27th.
