Volleyball Recap: Highland Wins High-Profile Match Against Williams Field

Highland faced Williams Field in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Hawks came out on top against the Black Hawks by a score of 3-1. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Hawks as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Highland had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 25-18, 25-23, 25-23.

Highland pushed their record up to 15-7-1 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. As for Williams Field, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 7-3.
