Volleyball Recap: St. Catherine's Comes Up Short + How To Watch

St. Catherine lost against Racine Lutheran back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Angels came up short against the Crusaders, falling 3-0.

St. Catherine's was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-18, 25-9.

When it comes to explaining why St. Catherine's lost, don't look at Londyn Pardo. Despite the final result, she had five digs and three aces.

Leading Racine Lutheran to victory were Sophia Schatzman and Evie Gamroth. Schatzman had 13 digs, while Gamroth had 11 assists and six digs.

St. Catherine's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Racine Lutheran, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

St. Catherine's wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against St. Francis on the 9th. As for Racine Lutheran, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Big Foot on the 9th.
