Othello barely beat Chiawana the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Othello blew past Chiawana 12-2 on Saturday. That's two games straight that the Huskies have won by exactly ten runs.

Xzyyvn Martinez was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits. Martinez was even better at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Jordan Montemayor, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Rjay Garza, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with five RBI, one run, and one double.

Othello always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .667. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
