Baseball Recap: McMinn County Comes Up Short

McMinn County lost to Cleveland on Thursday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Cherokees fell just short of the Raiders by a score of 6-5. The Cherokees have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

McMinn County's loss dropped their record down to 10-4. As for Cleveland, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-5.

Looking ahead, McMinn County will venture away from home to square off against Bearden at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Cleveland, they will welcome Notre Dame at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
