King's Academy had already won seven in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 30.4 points) and they went ahead and made it eight on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Johnson County Sports Association Lions 50-19. The Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten contests by 21 points or more this season.

King's Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Everett Hollis, who went 8 for 14 on his way to 17 points in addition to six boards and three blocks. Another player making a difference was Brayden Madison, who posted eight points along with six rebounds and four steals.

King's Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in nine consecutive matches.

King's Academy's victory bumped their record up to 17-13. As for Johnson County Sports Association, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-15 record this season.

King's Academy has already played their next contest, a 57-26 loss against North Central Texas Academy on the 7th. As for Johnson County Sports Association, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 35-34 win against Midland Texas Leadership Charter Academy on the 7th.
