Soccer Recap: Windham Takes a Loss

Windham lost against Stonington back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Whippets lost 3-0 to the Bears. While losing is never fun, Windham can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Connecticut soccer rankings (they are ranked 88th, while Stonington are ranked seventh).

This is the second loss in a row for Windham and nudges their season record down to 3-9-2. As for Stonington, their win bumped their record up to 9-2-1.

Coming up, Windham will welcome Windham RVT at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Stonington does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
