Basketball Recap: Scotland County Skates Past Highland with Ease

The third road game was the charm for Scotland County, as they earned their first road win of the season. They blew past the Highland Cougars 66-31 on Monday. That 35 point margin sets a new team best for the Tigers this season.

The victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 5-3. As for Highland, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Scotland County will take on Marion County in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Highland, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Highland Cougars face off against the Bowling Green Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
