Soccer Recap: Castlemont Comes Up Short

Castlemont was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 5-2 to the Leadership Public Schools Richmond Pumas. That's two games in a row now that the Knights have lost by exactly three goals.

Castlemont's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Leadership Public Schools Richmond, with the victory, they broke their seven-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Castlemont will host Fremont at 6:00 p.m. on January 21st. As for Leadership Public Schools Richmond, they will challenge Leadership at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
