Los Fresnos strolled into their game on Monday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They walked away with a 64-53 win over the Pace Vikings. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 63-58 on Saturday.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Los Fresnos to victory, but perhaps none more so than Eric Salazar, who went 8-for-18 to rack up 19 points and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Dylan Cervantes, who posted 12 points along with six boards and five steals.

Los Fresnos smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds every time they've taken the court this season.

Los Fresnos' victory bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Pace, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Los Fresnos won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Carroll at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Falcons will be up against the Tigers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 60.33 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Pace, they will challenge Hanna at 2:30 p.m. on December 2.
