Soccer Game Preview: Pasadena vs. West Fork

The Pasadena Eagles will challenge the West Fork Gators at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Pasadena will be strutting in after a victory while West Fork will be coming in after a loss.

Pasadena headed into their last match having not scored more than one goal for five straight, but Crosby let them put that streak behind them. Pasadena beat Crosby by a goal, winning 4-3. Considering the Eagles' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Meanwhile, West Fork has been struggling as of late, and they have yet to win a game this season. They fell 2-0 to Kingwood Park on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Gators can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 726th, while the Panthers are ranked 92nd).

West Fork's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11-2. As for Pasadena, the win got them back to even at 5-5.
