Kemmerer extended their losing streak to six on Friday, dropping them down to 1-6. They took a blow against the Lovell Bulldogs, falling 48-2. The Rangers lost against the Bulldogs in their previous head to head back in October of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 34-13 score last time.

Kyle Fox threw for 30 yards on four of 11 attempts. Mienn Skinner was his top target, picking up 35 receiving yards. On the ground, Kj Walker rushed for 30 yards.

As for Lovell, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-3. That looming 48-2 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for them yet this season.

Lovell's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kyson Crosby, who threw for 201 yards and three TDs while completing 75% of his passes, and also rushed for 51 yards on only five carries. Those rushing yards were Crosby's first of the season. Lovell's leading receiver Owen Walker was Crosby's top target yet again, picking up 131 receiving yards and a pair of scores, while also punching in one touchdown on the ground.

Meanwhile, Lovell will face off against rival Cokeville at 11:00 a.m. on Friday.
