Volleyball Recap: Waterloo Gets the Win

Waterloo won the last time they faced Pinckneyville and things went their way on Saturday too. The Bulldogs skirted past the Panthers 2-1.

Kaidyn Moore paced Waterloo's offense, picking up six kills. Moore got some help from Ellie Day and her 11 assists. Julia Briggs and Kenzy Koudelka kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Waterloo has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-8 record this season. As for Pinckneyville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 22-7.

Waterloo wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Columbia on the 20th. Pinckneyville has also already played their next matchup (against Herrin), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
