Delcambre entered their tilt with St. Martinville on Tuesday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They were the clear victors by a 17-2 margin over the Tigers. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine games by six runs or more this season.

Addilynn Frederick made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up a single earned run in three consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one double.

In other batting news, Delcambre got a massive performance out of Allie Mayard, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. That home run marked the first that Mayard launched this season. Kenzie Sonnier was another key player, going 2-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple.

Delcambre pushed their record up to 14-6 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for St. Martinville, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

Looking ahead, Delcambre will head out to take on Mamou at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. Martinville, a feisty cat fight will be fought as St. Martinville Tigers face off against Abbeville Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
