Football Recap: Dimond Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Dimond had lost four straight at home, but on Friday they dropped down to 1-7 to make it five. They took a 24-20 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bettye Davis East Anchorage Thunderbirds. Surprisingly, this marked the Lynx's fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

As for Bettye Davis East Anchorage, their win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-6. Their offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Matthew Jackson was the offensive standout of the game as he rushed for 58 yards and one score on only seven carries. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in receiving yards (15).

As of now, neither Dimond nor Bettye Davis East Anchorage have any future games scheduled.
