Football Recap: Hebron Hawks vs. Rock Hill Blue Hawks
With a playoff game on the line, Hebron rose to the challenge on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Rock Hill Blue Hawks 48-16. Winning may never get old, but the Hawks sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.
Patrick Crayton Jr continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 298 yards and four touchdowns while completing 78.3% of his passes, and also punching in two touchdowns on the ground. He is becoming a predictor of Hebron's success: when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns the team is 6-1 (and 1-3 when he doesn't). Sheldon Armour was in the mix too, providing Hebron with two touchdowns.
Hebron has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 39.2 points. As for Rock Hill, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-5.
