Soccer Recap: Mercy Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Victory

Mercy made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Duchesne, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Monarchs were the clear victors by a 5-1 margin over the Cardinals on Tuesday. Fans of Mercy have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 3+ goals.

They hit Duchesne with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Audrey Bush (3), Olivia Ohlman, and Genevieve Hoge.

The win keeps Mercy at an undefeated 4-0. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four games. As for Duchesne, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.
