Softball Recap: Bozeman Bucks vs. Arnold Marlins
After flying high against Bay last Tuesday, Bozeman came back down to earth. The Bozeman Bucks fell just short of the Arnold Marlins by a score of 3-1 on Wednesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Bozeman of the 12-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March.
For Arnold's part, Bre Clark spent all seven innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered one run (which was unearned) on two hits and racked up 12 Ks. Clark has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in 15 consecutive pitching appearances.
