Volleyball Recap: Kim/Branson Comes Up Short

Kim/Branson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat. They came up short against the Sierra Grande Panthers, falling 3-0. Mustangs fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Panthers since Saturday.

While Kim/Branson was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-7, 25-23.

Kim/Branson's record now sits at 1-13. As for Sierra Grande, their win bumped their record up to 5-12.

Coming up, Kim/Branson will welcome Walsh at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sierra Grande, they will host Trinidad at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
