Make it six blowout wins for the New Life Christian Academy Warriors this season. They took their contest at home on Friday with ease, bagging a 85-25 win over Mount Calvary Christian. The victory was nothing new for New Life Christian Academy as they're now sitting on five straight.

Leading New Life Christian Academy to victory were Ty'lik Taylor and Jamir Loftin. Taylor scored 27 points along with six steals and five rebounds, while Loftin scored 28 points along with seven assists and four steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Taylor has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Clayton Hedgepeth, who scored 14 points along with four steals.

New Life Christian Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. As for Mount Calvary Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. New Life Christian Academy will square off against Fellowship Baptist Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mount Calvary Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Sheets Memorial Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Sheets Memorial Christian has now lost ten straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since November 14.
