Baseball Recap: Morse Comes Up Short

The Morse Tigers came up short against the Scripps Ranch Falcons on Monday and fell 11-6. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jorge Munoz was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 4-for-4 with two RBI and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Christian Fernandez, who went 2-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

Morse's defeat dropped their record down to 6-20. As for Scripps Ranch, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-12-1.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Falcons beat Morse by a score of 13-8 on Wednesday.
