Jake Slaten Game Report: @ Wells

Jake Slaten put up the most hits he's had since back in March on Tuesday. He went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and one stolen base. Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against Wells back in March, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock.

Slaten's strong effort led Centerville over Wells and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Pirates are limping into the matchup having lost five straight on the road dating back to last season.
