Soccer Recap: Jefferson Area Takes a Loss

Jefferson Area lost against Edgewood two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Falcons took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Warriors.

Jefferson Area has also been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 12 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 0-15-2 record this season. As for Edgewood, their win bumped their record up to 8-3-4.

Jefferson Area will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Chagrin Falls at 7:00 p.m. on the 18th. As for Edgewood, they will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against Pymatuning Valley at 7:00 p.m.
