Basketball Game Preview: North Clayton Eagles vs. Stone Mountain Pirates

Two dominant guards in Kailee Wooten and Makayla Wilson are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The North Clayton Eagles will be playing at home against the Stone Mountain Pirates at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (North Clayton has three straight wins, Stone Mountain has nine straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Last Saturday, North Clayton didn't have too much trouble with Douglass as they won 41-26.

Meanwhile, Stone Mountain came up short against Riverdale on Friday and fell 43-32.

North Clayton will have to contain Wilson as she made an impact in Stone Mountain's last game. She posted 25 points. That was a full 78.1% of Stone Mountain's points, marking the 12th time in a row she's had more than a third of the team's points.

The victory got North Clayton back to even at 11-11. As for Stone Mountain, their loss dropped their record down to 6-14.
