Soccer Recap: Heritage Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Heritage can now relate to. They fell just short of the Erie Tigers by a score of 1-0 on Wednesday. The matchup was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Heritage couldn't quite close it out.

Heritage's loss ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 6-5-5. As for Erie, their victory bumped their record up to 11-3-2.

Heritage does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Erie, they will head out to take on Ralston Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Ralston Valley will roll in looking for their 15th straight win, something Erie surely won't give up without a fight.
