Basketball Recap: Austwell-Tivoli Takes a Loss

Austwell-Tivoli lost against Nordheim back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Austwell-Tivoli Redfish were outmatched by the Nordheim Pirates and fell 75-46. The Redfish's defeat continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

Austwell-Tivoli's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Nordheim, their win bumped their record up to 7-12.

Austwell-Tivoli will be playing at home against Moulton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Moulton will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something Austwell-Tivoli surely won't give up without a fight. As for Nordheim, they will square off against Prairie Lea at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Nordheim is facing Prairie Lea at the right time seeing as Prairie Lea is stuck on a 12-game losing streak.
