Mauston scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They took a blow against the Ripon Tigers, falling 61-8. The defeat leaves the Golden Eagles still looking for their first win of the season.

Mauston's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Ripon, the win got them back to even at 3-3.
