Loris was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from third to first in AA Region VIII. The Lions vanquished Green Sea-Floyds 58-6 earlier in the week.

Loris took down the Trojans 58-6 last week, the largest margin of any game. Bennett Winslow threw for 152 yards and 2 touchdowns and ran for 20 yards during the win.

Jamie Snider's team's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. On the ground Levi Moody contributed 156 yards. Shammond Jackson helped Loris' passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 46 yards.
