Volleyball Recap: Bishop McCort Find Success + How To Watch

Bishop McCort's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Shade Panthers by a score of 3-1.

Bishop McCort had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-23, 25-19, 25-16.

Bishop McCort found their leader in sophomore Olivia Urban, who had six digs and two aces. Urban is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 13 or more in each of the last ten games she's played dating back to last season. Lariah Myers was another key player, getting five digs and five aces.

Bishop McCort was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 13 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in October of 2024.

Despite the loss, Shade still got an impressive performance from Hayden Oakes, who had 18 digs.
