Soccer Recap: Catskill Takes a Loss

Catskill's game on Tuesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Coxsackie-Athens Riverhawks. Catskill haven't had much luck with Coxsackie-Athens recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Catskill's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Coxsackie-Athens, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-3.

Looking ahead, Catskill will be playing at home against Greenville at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Coxsackie-Athens, they will venture away from home to face off against Schoharie at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
