Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Perry). They put the hurt on the Basha Bears with a sharp 6-1 victory on Wednesday. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 4-0.

Perry's offense was hitting Basha from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Jaymis Brown led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Perry is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-6-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those four games. As for Basha, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Perry will host Corona del Sol at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
