Soccer Recap: Saturday's Loss Ends Montour's Winning Streak

After soaring to five goals the game before, Montour was a bit more limited in their matchup on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the West Allegheny Indians. Montour fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against West Allegheny since Saturday.

Montour moved to 8-7 with that defeat, which also ended their three-match winning streak. As for West Allegheny, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-6.
