Soccer Game Preview: Jefferson Area vs. Conneaut

The Jefferson Area Falcons will head out on the road to face off against the Conneaut Spartans at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with nine consecutive losses apiece.

Jefferson Area fell victim to Cornerstone Christian and their airtight defense on Monday. They lost 9-0 to the Patriots.

Meanwhile, Conneaut also failed to score in their most recent game. They came up short against Perry on Tuesday, falling 10-0. Logan Knight was hit with a yellow card, which may have had some impact on his (and the team's) ability to make aggressive plays.

Conneaut's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12-2. As for Jefferson Area, their loss dropped their record down to 0-13-1.
