Bethlehem Catholic posted their closest victory since May 29, 2024 on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Whitehall Zephyrs 9-7. The Hawks have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Zephyrs, too.

Bethlehem Catholic got a massive performance out of Bryce Blawn, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3. That's the most hits Blawn has posted since back in May of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Caden Deegan, who scored two runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

The victory got Bethlehem Catholic back to even at 4-4. As for Whitehall, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-3.

Bethlehem Catholic didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, an 8-2 win against Northampton on the 3rd. As for Whitehall, they have also already played their next contest, a 12-2 victory against William Allen on the 3rd.
