Basketball Recap: The Master's Academy Comes Up Short

The Master's Academy and Pinnacle Classical Academy squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but The Master's Academy had to settle for second. They were beaten by the Pinnacle Classical Academy Eagles 82-33. The Lions were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 50-18.

It was another big night for Braylon Gentry, who went 9 for 17 from beyond the arc to rack up 46 points for Pinnacle Classical Academy. With that strong performance, Gentry is now averaging an impressive 16.4 points per game. Cody Humphries was another key player, putting up six points along with nine rebounds and three steals.

The Master's Academy is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-9. As for Pinnacle Classical Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 14 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season.

As of now, neither The Master's Academy nor Pinnacle Classical Academy have any future games scheduled.
