Soccer Recap: Western Harnett Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Western Harnett was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They came up short against the Lee County Yellow Jackets, falling 9-0. While losing is never fun, Western Harnett can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 569th, while Lee County are ranked 162nd).

Western Harnett's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11-1. As for Lee County, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.
